农民工子女的“被歧视”群体共识的建构
研究发现:(1)农民工子女的身份认同表现为四种群体身份知觉,并且四种身份知觉呈现从先赋性身份(ascribed identity)到获得性身份(achieved identity)的变化趋势:(2)农民工子女在群际比较中,获得对内群体弱势地位的认识;(3)农民工子女在群体认同效应下,通过对群体身份来源的归因和对被污名身份的质疑,完成对“被歧视”的群体共识的建构;(4)“去类别化”和“再类别化”的群际接触模式可以作为“手拉手”活动的参照模式。

Abstract
This research is discoursing the following 2 questions within group psychological view: (1) How do the rural migrants children compose “being discriminated” as group consensus? (2) Why does the artificial social contact activity (e.g. “Hand in Hand”) not able to eliminate social discrimination?
Since the “Hand in Hand” activity provides a realistic social intergroup contact occasion. This research is referring to a rural migrants children primary school (BW School), which offering their students an social contact opportunity with urban students by participating in “Hand in Hand” activity.
The methods of documentary review, questionnaire, individual interview and focus group interview are applying in this research, in order to explore the following: activity circumstances, BW school students' perceptional group identity forming, inferior group social status.
Research findings: (1) Four kinds of group identity recognitions are displayed BWong the rural migrants children. The identity perception emerges a trend from ascribed identity to achieved identity. (2) Rural migrants children recognize ingroup inferior status within intergroup comparison. (3) Rural migrants children compose “being discriminated” consensus with the attribution of group identity origin and questioning of stigmatized group identity. (4) the methods of decategorization and recategorization could be consulted in intergroup contact for “Hand in Hand” activity.
