北京模式的孤残儿童家庭寄养研究——对北京大兴7位工作人员和23位寄养妈妈的社会工作访谈分析

内容提要
在我国，现代意义上的家庭寄养是近几年来发展起来的。“北京模式”的家庭寄养是90年代后期在北京郊区的乡镇发展起来的。经过几年的实践和探索，“北京模式”的家庭寄养已经基本孕育出了一套有着自己特色的工作模式和程序。本文在对北京孤残儿童家庭寄养指导中心7名工作人员和大兴23位“寄养妈妈”的深度的社会工作访谈的基础上，运用质性研究方法，细致地考察该模式的萌芽、发展、曲折和壮大的具体过程以及该模式独具特色之处，并且尝试从需求的角度，去发现在整个过程中与寄养儿童有长期密切接触的“寄养妈妈”的生活世界和意义世界，从而更准确的理解“寄养妈妈”这个特定群体的特定意义，从另一个侧面来深入细致地了解 “北京模式”。研究“北京模式”的产生发展壮大过程，以及过程参与者的感受和需要，对于在其他地区展开家庭寄养工作有着重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract

The modern form of foster care appeared in the 1990s in the big cities of Mainland China. Beijing welfare center for children developed their own way of foster caring the disabled orphans and Ministry of Civil Affairs named this new way of caring orphans " the Beijing Foster Care Model ". My research is a qualitative research. The Main method that I have used to get data is the depth interviews to seven social service workers at the Beijing Service Center for Foster Children and twenty-three foster mothers in Beijing Daxing. From the data of interviews, I want to describe the process of the development of " the Beijing Foster Care Model ", understand the foster mothers’ feelings and emotions, interpret the deep meanings of their behaviors, and eventually, offer insight on this issue. The experiences and the research results on " the Beijing Foster Care Model " can be used for reference in other places.
