Due to less of enough participants for the following
Pre-Conference and Post-Conference tours, we are
sorry that the tours below will not be materialzed.

Post-Conference Tours:
Beijing-Kunming-Dali-Lijiang- Shanglira-Beijing

and the full tour fare as requested on the website

General Information for Tours

b. Please pay the full payment and get your reservation reconfirmed upon
your arrival in Beijing.

c. If there is any change or cancellation for your reservation, please
inform us as early as possible, otherwise cancellation fee will be
charged as follow:
3 days or more before departure date no cancellation fee charged.
2 days - 12:00 noon on the day before departure date 30% of the tour cost.
After 12:00 noon on the day before departure date Non - refundable.

d. Our rate for Beijing City Tour based on minimum 2 people for each departure,
if one group has less than 2 people, the departure will be cancelled.

b. Please pay 10% of the total cost as the deposit for your tour before
April 10,2004,and the balance of the full payment should be paid before
June 01,2004 to the our account as follow:

Credit Card (VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB) are accepable for
payment of your hotel accommodation and tours before your arrival
in China, but the total amount to be paid by credit card should be
increased by 4% to allow bank charges.

Please send the number of your credit card by fax or E-mail, we will
check with the bank and once we receive the payment, we will inform
you as soon as possible.

c. If there is any change or cancellation for your reservation, please inform
us as early as possible, otherwise cancellation fee will be charged as follow:
Before April 25, 2004 no cancellation fee charged.
Apr 25 - Jun 01,2004: 10% of the total tour fare (= the deposit for the tour).
Jun 02 - Jun 20,2004: 20% of the total tour fare.
Jun 21 - Jul 03,2004: 40% of the total tour fare.
After Jul 03,2004 : 100% tour fare non refundable.
d. Our rate for Tours out of Beijing based on minimum 6 people for each departure,
if one group has less than 6 people, the departure will be cancelled.
